We, the management of Archer Hotel, are looking for a professional food and beverage manager who is responsible for managing all of the F & B operations and providing an excellent guest experience. The selected candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all orders, personnel and finances of F & B. The objective is to maximize sales and revenues through customer satisfaction and employee participation.


Responsibilities


Manage all F & B and day-to-day operations within the budgeted guidelines and with the highest standards

Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

Design exceptional menus, buy products and continuously make the necessary improvements

Identify the needs of clients and respond proactively to all your concerns

Lead the F & B team by attracting, recruiting, training and evaluating talented staff

Establish objectives, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures

Provide bi-directional communication and nurture a proprietary environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork

Comply with all health and safety regulations

Report on the management of sales and productivity results

Requirements


Proven experience in food and beverage management

Practical knowledge of several software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)

Ability to detect and solve problems efficiently

Domain in the delegation of multiple tasks

Communication and leadership skills

Updated with food and beverage trends and best practices

Ability to manage personnel and meet financial objectives

Guest oriented and service minded

Culinary school diploma or degree in food service administration or related field
