We, the administration of Archer Hotel, seek to employ the service of a trained receptionist who will receive our guests at the hotel, making reservations for them and attending to their other needs that are fundamental for their comfort during their stay at the hotel.


HOMEWORK


Receive guests at the hotel greeting them cordially and answering their questions, and also answer those who ask by phone.

Inform guests of the services and rates of accommodation at the hotel, make reservations for guests according to their needs, and also make sure that all canceled reservations are made immediately to avoid confusion.

Build good relationships and relationships with the guests so that they feel comfortable and address any complaints they may have in a very courteous manner to protect the hotel's image.

Keep clear and complete records of guest room bookings and all invoices for accountability and future reference.

Keep order at the reception by organizing the documents accordingly and keeping the reception area clean at all times to avoid fuss.

Attend all room reservation routes, such as online, by phone and in person, to ensure that reservations are not left hanging, but that they are quickly served so that the hotel business continues to function.

Inform the administrator about maintenance problems and devices that do not work correctly for a quick repair in order to guarantee the comfort and satisfaction of the guests.

Expose an excellent knowledge of customer service.

Good interpersonal skills
