We, the management of Archer Hotel, seek to employ the service of an experienced Food and Beverage Manager who will coordinate all phases of the group meetings / banquet functions at the Hotel; coordinates these activities daily; help clients in the planning of the program and the selection of the menu.

Request local food and beverage businesses; maintain the services and reputation of your hotel and act as representative of the administration to group the clients.

Job responsibilities

Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor costs and profitability.

Making customer follow-up calls in a timely manner.

Timely prices of food and drink prices in relation to the competition.

Entertainment of potential and existing customers.

Handle all Food & Beverage questions and ensure follow-up on the same business day.

Secure the order and purchase of beer, wine, liquor, pre-mix cans and soft canned food and beverage and vending machines.

Work with the Chef, the Assistant Director of Food and Beverages, and the Food and Beverage Supervisor to ensure that all arrangements and details are addressed.

Abilities and qualities:

Postgraduate Diploma or Degree or three years in Hotel Management or equivalent.

Previous experience in similar jobs or minimum experience of 1 year as a banquet supervisor. Proven records
